Balanced and versatile, it enhances the pleasure of cooking.Why “Onde”? “Onde” (“Waves”) comes from the slow, continuous movement of the olives inside the oil mill until the olive oil emerges. It is the same motion you make with the glass to release the aromas. The brushstrokes on the label are inspired by that gesture.

Recommended usage: Best enjoyed raw on grilled vegetables, to finish risottos and delicate pasta dishes, on grilled fish, and with meat.
